Some more of the very long-awaited additional ‘traffic calming’ measures (requested for years by the Parish Council) are scheduled to be added tomorrow, Friday 25th September, along the C1261 village centre thru-road. It doesn’t necessitate a road closure, but there will be ‘Stop/Go’ signs to enable traffic to pass through safely. The Parish Council is delighted to see this coming to fruition and very much hopes it will encourage drivers to adhere to the 30mph limit, for the safety of our parish residents.
