From April, St Michael’s Hospice are hosting an eight week mindfulness course. The course provides a range of mindfulness and compassion-based skills designed to help individuals manage their health, reduce stress and ease the suffering associated with illness and long-term conditions. The course is open to anyone experiencing illness, chronic pain and or fatigue, whether or not they have a diagnosis, and whether their condition is recent or long-term.
