On Friday 16th February 2024 Herefordshire Council will be hosting a ‘drop in’ event at the Plough Lane office. The event will showcase equipment that is available to help elderly and vulnerable residents stay safe at home.

From detecting falls to predicting and preventing incidents, the event will demonstrate more traditional equipment alongside new technologies. These new technologies will enable Herefordshire Council to not only better support vulnerable people, but also to support those who care for vulnerable people.

This is a “drop in” event that is open to the public, carers and professionals. There will be opportunities to see and interact with the equipment as well as talk to the manufacturers and installers of the equipment.
