Community Connectors are working across the county to support people to feel more connected and improve their wellbeing. Working alongside local organisations, the team will work with individuals to understand how best they can help.

Whether you’re a professional working with residents or someone looking for help in your area, our Connectors are ready to support. If you know someone who’s feeling isolated, lonely, or unsure where to turn, a Connector can help them find the right local opportunities, and even accompany them to a group to help build confidence.
