Baton of Hope x Orange Button

We are pleased to reveal that 25 of Herefordshire’s Baton of Hope baton bearers are also proud Orange Button wearers!

Orange Button wearers have the confidence to talk about suicide. Wearing an Orange Button is a way of showing others in your community who are having thoughts of suicide, or are worried about somebody else, that you are comfortable to say / hear the word suicide, can listen without judgement and can inform people where to find help and support.

If you have had suicide prevention training and would like to find out how you can join the scheme, please visit the Talk Community Directory, and to learn more about the Baton of Hope, please visit our Baton of Hope page.
