People with current or previous experience of Adult Social Care services, along with unpaid carers, are being invited to help shape the future of adult social care in Herefordshire by joining a new People’s Panel.

Panel members will work alongside council teams and partner organisations to help improve and develop services, initially focusing on areas such as community activities and supported living. Members will be paid for their time and will take part in workshop sessions approximately every six weeks over a period of at least one year.

Full induction and training will be provided, and participants will also be paid for attending training sessions. For those who would like to share their views in a more flexible way, a wider network is also being established, offering opportunities to contribute without committing to panel membership.

If you have lived experience of Adult Social Care, or care for someone who does, this is an opportunity to ensure your voice helps influence future services across Herefordshire.
