Safeguarding Adults Week 2025 is a collaborative initiative focused on prevention – acting before abuse occurs.

Throughout the week, Herefordshire Safeguarding Board and partners will explore a different safeguarding theme, sharing insights, stories, and strategies that promote safer cultures. This year’s message shifts the focus from reactive policies to proactive approaches, encouraging individuals and organisations to embed prevention into their safeguarding practices.

By highlighting the power of early intervention and community awareness, the aim is to build resilience and empower people to speak up when something feels wrong.
