Community Connectors are local champions who listen, build trust, and walk alongside people to help them reach their personal goals. They know their communities inside out – from local groups and activities to wellbeing services -and they’re here to help people feel more connected and supported.

Whether you’re a professional working with residents or someone looking for help in your area, our Connectors are ready to support. If you know someone who’s feeling isolated, lonely, or unsure where to turn, a Connector can help them find the right local opportunities, and even accompany them to a group to help build confidence.
