Ever thought about starting an environmental or sustainability group in your local area, but not sure where to begin? The Herefordshire Green Network is hosting a practical, in-person workshop to help you take that first step – or grow what you’ve already started.
‘Ready, Steady, Workshop!’ takes place on Thursday 19 June, from 10am to 2pm at the Museum of Cider, Hereford, HR4 0EF.
You’ll meet thriving green groups from across the county and hear how they got started. The session will cover practical tips on running local projects and events, involving the community, securing funding, and getting the support you need to succeed. On top of all of that, a light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
